All shoes are completely insured door-to-door so if for any reason your shoes do not reach you in top condition we will either ship you a replacement pair or provide a full refund. Please ensure you have worn your shoes for a period of at least 24 hrs prior to considering a size exchange, the sheepskin will stretch to fit the contours of your feet. If your shoes are still not the correct fit, we are happy to exchange for the correct size. Request the size and style you believe will fit.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
